超激光星状神经节照射联合茎乳孔注射治疗面神经炎的疗效观察

Observation of curative effect by super laser stellate ganglion irradiation combined with stylomastoid foramen injection in the treatment of facial neuritis

目的观察超激光星状神经节照射联合茎乳孔注射治疗面神经炎的效果。方法 60例急慢性面神经炎患者,均有面肌瘫痪症状,随机分为第一组、第二组、第三组,各20例,分别给予照射+神经阻滞+静脉注射、神经阻滞+静脉注射、单纯静脉注射。超激光星状神经节照射2次/d,2周为1个疗程。观察三组患者面部表情肌症状及耳后压痛的改善情况。结果第一组的痊愈率和总有效率优于第二组和第三组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超激光星状神经节照射联合茎乳孔注射治疗面神经炎有明显效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe effect by super laser stellate ganglion irradiation combined with stylomastoid foramen injection in the treatment of facial neuritis. Methods A total of 60 acute and chronic facial neuritis patients with symptom of facial palsy were randomly divided into groups 1, 2, and 3, and each group contained 20 cases. Group 1 received irradiation ＋ nerve block ＋ intravenous injection, group 2 received nerve block ＋ intravenous injection, and group 3 received single intravenous injection. Super laser stellate ganglion irradiation was given to patients twice a day for 2 weeks as 1 course. Improvements of facial mimetic muscle symptom and retroauricular pressing pain in the three guorps were observed. Results Group 1 had better healing rate and total effective rate than groups 2 and 3, and their differences had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combination of super laser stellate ganglion irradiation and stylomastoid foramen injection provides obvious effect in treating facial neuritis, and this method is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
