创伤性踝关节炎行微创踝关节融合术的疗效观察 被引量:10

摘要 目的探究微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎的效果。方法 62例创伤性踝关节炎患者,均行微创踝关节融合术,对临床效果进行分析。结果术后6个月、1年患者AOFAS踝-后足评分与Mcguire踝关节评分均高于术前(P<0.05);术后未发生严重并发症,1年后X线片显示62例均骨性融合。结论微创踝关节融合术治疗创伤性踝关节炎疗效确切,可显著改善患者踝关节功能。 Objective To investigate curative effect by minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis for traumatic ankle arthritis. Methods All 62 patients with traumatic ankle arthritis underwent minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis. Their clinical effects were analyzed. Results In 6 months and 1 year after surgery, the patients had all better AOFAS ankle-metapedes score and Mcguire ankle score than those before treatment(P〈0.05). There were no severe postoperative complications. All the 62 cases had synostosis showed by X-ray after 1 year. Conclusion Minimally invasive ankle arthrodesis contains precise effect in treating traumatic ankle arthritis, and it can remarkably improve ankle function.
