中药诱导白血病细胞凋亡作用机制的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine induced leukemia cell apoptosis

诱导细胞凋亡是近年来研究治疗肿瘤药物的重要方法和途径,通过总结研究近几年临床应用各种中药的单方或有效成分诱导白血病细胞凋亡的机制,包括对细胞周期的影响、对细胞凋亡信号的作用、抑癌基因和癌基因的表达影响等方面对细胞凋亡的各个影响因素进行阐述,为今后中药抗白血病的药理研究提供理论依据和研究思路。

Induced apoptosis is an important method and path for recent study on tumor drugs. This paper provided theoretical reference and research approach for further pharmacologic research of anti-leukemia treatment by traditional Chinese medicine, through summarization and research of mechanism of recent clinically applied single drug or effective ingredient of traditional Chinese medicine induced leukemia cell apoptosis, including influence on cell cycle, effect for apoptosis signal, and expression of cancer suppressor gene and oncogene.
