Analysis of Antibiotic Use in Harbin No. 242 Hospital after the Rectification

目的:评价哈尔滨二四二医院(以下简称"我院")开展抗菌药物专项整治工作的效果。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对比分析我院抗菌药物专项整治工作开展4年来抗菌药物各项临床合理用药指标的变化。结果:我院门(急)诊患者抗菌药物使用率、住院患者抗菌药物使用率、抗菌药物使用强度、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防性使用率逐年下降,符合卫生部的规定;微生物样本送检率有所提高,特殊使用级抗菌药物的微生物样本送检率达89.47%;抗菌药物临床应用合理率提高,用药结构变化较大,第1代头孢菌素的使用呈上升趋势。结论:我院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治工作效果显著,多数指标达到卫生部的要求,但仍需强化相关措施,以进一步促进抗菌药物的合理应用。

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the effectiveness of the special rectification on antibiotic use in Harbin No. 242hospital（ hereinafter referred to as ＂our hospital＂）. METHODS： A retrospective analysis was performed on the clinical rational drug use indicators after 4 years＇ special rectification on antibiotic use in our hospital. RESULTS： The rates of outpatient（ emergency） patients and inpatients who used antibiotics,the antibiotic use density and the rate of the patients undergoing typeⅠ incision surgery who used prophylactic antibiotics were all decreased year by year,which were in line with the requirements of the Ministry of Health. The rate of the patients whose microbial samples were sent for test has increased,and the submission rate of antimicrobial samples for patients using the special use level of antibiotics was 89.47%. The rate of rational use of antibiotics increased. There was great change in the structure of drug use,with the first generation cephalosporins showing upward trend. CONCLUSIONS： The special rectification on antibiotic use in our hospital achieved remarkable effectiveness,with most indicators meeting the requirements of the Ministry of Health,but it is still needed to strengthen the relevant measures to further promote rational use of antibiotics.
