1357例中老年人牙齿缺失与修复情况调查分析

A survey of tooth loss and prosthetic condition in 1357 middle-aged and elderly persons

目的:了解体检人群中中老年人牙齿缺失及修复情况,为预防保健提供临床参考依据。方法:根据第三次全国口腔健康流行病学调查方法,对1357例中老年体检人群的牙齿缺失和义齿修复情况进行调查,并采用SPSS16.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果:在1357例受检者中,牙列完整514例,占37.88%;牙列缺损817例,占60.21%;牙列缺失26例,占1.92%;缺失牙齿4874颗,失牙均数为3.59颗,上下颌缺牙数分别是2545颗和2329颗,上颌失牙率显著高于下颌(P<0.01);义齿修复率为64.18%。结论:该体检人群中缺牙率较高,与年龄呈正相关;义齿修复率较低。

Objective： To study the status of tooth loss and prosthetic condition in 1357 middle-aged and elderly persons by oral health examination and to set clinical reference for the prevention of this disease. Methods： The tooth loss and its prosthetic condition were investigated in 1357 middle-aged and elderly persons according to the method of the third national epidemiological investigation of oral health. The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software. Results：817 out of 1357（60.21%） middle-aged and elderly patients had dentition defects. 26（1.92%） subjects suffered from dentition deficiency. The rate of intact dentition was 37.88%. The sum of missing teeth was 4874, while the mean tooth loss was 3.59. The tooth loss of maxillary and mandibular dental arches was 2545 and 2329, respectively. Maxillary teeth were lost more than mandibular teeth. The rate of prosthetic restorations was 64.18%. Conclusion： The rate of tooth loss is positively associated with age in the army division-level cadre, but the rate of prosthetic restorations is low.
