摘要
阐释了图书馆自助服务模式的内涵,对自助服务进行了分类,以中国人民大学图书馆自助服务为例,对自助服务模式中存在的问题进行了剖析,提出了优化自助服务的措施。
This paper expounds the connotations of library's self-service model, classifies the self-service, and taking the library of RUC as an example, analyzes the problems existing in the self-service model, and puts forward some optimization measures.
