新时期高校图书馆服务型党组织建设研究——以衡阳师范学院图书馆党建工作为例

Research on the Construction of University Library's Service-oriented Party Organization in the New Period——Taking the Party Construction of Hengyang Normal University Library as an Example

以新时期高校图书馆面临的新的服务局面为基点,结合群众路线教育实践活动的3个环节,阐述了新时期高校图书馆在服务师生读者方面存在的4个方面的问题,分析了创建服务型基层党组织的意义,从增强服务意识与服务理念、拓展服务手段与服务资源、加强服务制度建设3个方面,提出了创建高校图书馆服务型基层党组织、提升高校图书馆服务水平的建议。

Based on the new service situation faced by university library in the new period, and connecting with the three links of the practical activity of mass line education, this paper expounds four problems existing in university library＇s service for readers and students in the new period, analyzes the significance of creating the service-oriented primary Party organizations, and from the aspects of strengthening the service consciousness and service concept, expanding the service means and service resources, and strengthening the service system construction, puts forward some suggestions on creating the service-oriented primary Party organization in university library and enhancing the service level of university library.
