This paper constructs the information value chain model, knowledge value chain model and institutional innovation value chain model of regional universities＇ DRS alliance, analyzes and compares some successful DRS alliance systems in China and foreign countries, and from the angle of the management science, studies the system of regional universities＇ DRS alliance.
