摘要
CT灌注成像是对比剂经静脉团注入后,连续快速扫描选定层面的检验手段,作为一种功能成像,CT灌注成像可以早期发现急性脑梗死,通过分析时间-密度曲线,反映脑局部的血流动力学改变,判定半暗带,进而判断脑梗死演变,为脑梗死的诊治以及预后提供很好的影像学依据。本文主要介绍了CT灌注成像原理及检测方法,因为急性缺血性脑血管病的主要病因病机为脑血流量的低灌注导致的,CT灌注成像可精确反映脑血流灌注的基本状况,探讨CT灌注成像对于急性脑梗死的早诊断,对于早期治疗和疾病的预后均是至关重要的,具有广阔的临床应用前景。
CT perfusion imaging is after intravenous bolus injection of contrast agent,conducted an inspection of selected aspects of fast continuous scanning method,as a functional imaging,CT perfusion imaging for early detection of acute cerebral infarction,by analyzing the time- Density curve,reflecting changes in local cerebral hemodynamics determine penumbra,and then determine infarct evolution,providing a good basis for the radiological diagnosis of cerebral infarction and prognosis. This paper describes the principles of CT perfusion imaging and detection methods,because of acute ischemic eerebrovascular disease pathogenesis mainly low cerebral blood flow perfusion caused,CT perfusion imaging can accurately reflect the underlying condition of cerebral perfusion explore CT perfusion imaging of acute cerebral infarction for early diagnosis,treatment and prognosis for early stage disease are critical,have broad clinical application.
