摘要
以某电动车动力总成为研究对象,考虑悬置支架和水套的影响,在Hyper Mesh中建立了动力总成壳体有限元模型。将有限元模型导入Romax中,并与齿轮啮合传动系统Romax模型相结合,得到综合考虑部件柔性、转子-齿轮系及轴承影响的刚柔耦合模型。对综合耦合模型进行固有特性和振动响应仿真,把握了动力总成振动通过悬置支架向车身传递的频率及其幅值,为后续针对结构振动的优化奠定基础。
Considering the influence of mount bracket and water jacket, a finite element of an EV powertrain shell model with mount bracket and water jacket was established in HyperMesh. After being connected with a pure e- lectric vehicle's driveline model, which was established in Romax,it was converted into a rigid-flexible coupling mod- el. Then the natural characteristics and the vibration response of the model were simulated and the frequency and am- plitude of the vibrations, which passed through the power train mount bracket to the vehicle, were analysed. The result laid the foundation for the subsequent optimization of structural vibration.
