摘要
公差分析和优化是产品设计过程中的核心部分,在降低成本和提高产品质量方面起着重要的作用。介绍了复杂结构的公差分析及优化过程,阐述了公差分析的原理和步骤;以医用喷射装置为研究对象,建立三维CAD模型、装配尺寸链模型及公差分析模型;运用公差分析模块,计算出装配封闭环在极值情况和统计情况的实际分布情况。根据敏感度和贡献度数值查找影响装配精度的关键尺寸,对不合理的尺寸精度提出优化。
Tolerance analysis and optimization is the hard-core of the design process, it plays an important role in reducing cost and improving the quality of products. This article includes three parts. First, introduces the toler- ance analysis and optimization process of complex structure and expounds the theory and procedure of tolerance analy- sis. Second, builds CAD 3D model, assembly dimension chain model and tolerance analysis model objected by medi- cal jet bubbler, uses tolerance analysis module to calculate the concrete distribution of assembly closed-loop in the condition of statistics and extreme value. At last, according to the numerical value of sensitivity and contribution de- gree, finds the key dimensions which influence assembly accuracy and then finds the way to optimize the unreasona- ble dimension accuracy.
