摘要 为解决煤矿下现有集中式控制应力监测系统可靠性差、施工困难的问题,基于分布式控制无线传感器网络,设计了适用于煤矿下复杂环境的分布式应力监测通信系统,详细介绍了系统总体结构、硬件电路及软件设计。以分布式无线Zig Bee为核心设计无线终端采集节点,实时获取井下支护设备应力。协调器节点数据通过CAN总线上传至上位机后进行数据处理。实验测试表明,系统实时性好,可靠性强,能够满足实际监测需求。 To overcome the problem of less reliability and construction difficulty in centralized control system of stress monitoring, an approach of distributed control system based on wireless sensor network for stress monitoring is proposed. The system framework, hardware circuit and software design are described in detail. Based on distributed wireless ZigBee, terminal sensor node is designed to obtain the dynamic stress data in real time. The data in coordinator are uploaded to master computer through CAN bus and then to be processed. Testing result shows that the system has good real time ability, high reliability and can meet the practical demand of stress monitoring.
