摘要
为了探讨海藻酸钠/阿拉伯树胶混合膜液流变特性,利用Discovery HR-2型流变仪,研究海藻酸钠浓度、阿拉伯树胶浓度、增塑剂浓度和测试温度对海藻酸钠基成膜液体系的流变性的影响。结果表明:成膜液均属于非牛顿假塑性流体,具有剪切变稀性质,流变特性均符合Ostwald-de-Waele幂律方程,且流动指数与稠度系数的变化均受到海藻酸钠浓度、阿拉伯树胶浓度、增塑剂浓度和测试温度不同程度的影响。
In order to investigate the rheological characteristics of the film-forming solutions made from sodium alginate and Arabic gum,a Discovery HR-2 rheometer was used to study the effects of concentration of sodium alginate,Arabic gum,and plasticizer and testing temperature on the rheological properties of the systme. The results showed that all of the film-forming solutions were pseudoplastic non-Newtonian fluid,and had the nature of shear thinning and could be fitted by Ostwald-de-Waele model. Meanwhile,the test temperatures and contents of sodium alginate,Arabic gum,and plasticizer affected the flow behavior index and consistency coefficient to different degrees. The conclusion could provide reference for selecting appropriate concentration of film-forming materials and plasticizer,and select effective processing temperature in specific practice.
