摘要 对核电站主蒸汽超级管道热挤压管嘴进行有限元分析,结果表明内压是影响管嘴应力的主要因素。通过研究管嘴纵向内角半径对管嘴应力的影响,得出在给定载荷的情况下峰值应力和局部薄膜应力存在一个最优的纵向内角半径范围。根据分析结果,推荐了1号管嘴纵向内角半径尺寸为R=30 mm。 By the finite element method based on commercial software, ANASY, it show that inner pressure plays a major role in the mouthpiece stress of main steam super pipe in nuclear power station. In addition, through studying the effect of mouthpiece radius and longitudinal inner arc radius on mouthpiece stress, The range of longitudinal inner arc radius to optimize the peak stress and local thin film stress were pro- posed. Specifically, it is emphasized that the optimized longitudinal inner arc radius of No. 1 mouthpiece is 30 ram.
