世界马铃薯淀粉专利技术现状及未来趋势 被引量:5

Current Status and Trend of Patent Technology on Potato Starch in the World

摘要 为了解国内外马铃薯淀粉发明专利申请的情况,研究马铃薯淀粉的研发趋势,促进马铃薯淀粉处理与利用技术水平的提高,为国内外马铃薯淀粉专利申请的研究提供决策依据,在两大专利数据库中检索1996~2014年间国内外所申请的马铃薯淀粉发明专利,并按照申请发明专利进行数据分析。结果表明,从2002年开始,马铃薯淀粉专利取得了较大的发展;共检索到专利198项,主要为发明专利;专利内容的IPC主要隶属为C类和A类;世界马铃薯淀粉专利申请主要为中国、美国和韩国;中国专利申请量最多的地区是内蒙古自治区。 Statistic analyses of patents at home and abroad from 1996 to 2014 were carried out in two patent databases, in order to understand the situation of domestic and foreign patent applications on potato starch, study potato starch development trends, and promote potato starch processing and the use of technology. Great development has been made in patent application in potato starch since 2002. One hundred and ninety eight patents were registered, mostly invention patents. Patent content of International Patent Classification (IPC) mainly belongs to class C and class A. The patents of potato starch in the world were mainly from China, the United States and South Korea. In China, most of patents were applied in Inner Mongolia.
