协同创新与创新人才培养模式改革研究

The Research on Collaborative Innovation and the Reform of the Talents Cultivation Model in Higher Institutions

随着协同创新计划在高等教育中的大力推广,基于协同创新的教育模式正得到深入研究和普遍重视。创新人才的培养是加快推进协同创新计划实施的重要保证。高校应积极探索基于合作机制的创新协同、组织机制的创新协同和行政机制的创新协同的人才培养的创新协同机制;从培养学生研究能力、创新能力、应用能力等方面重构培养目标体系;通过建立学科交叉平台、科研与教学互动平台和拓展社会服务平台,进而改革创新人才的培养途径。

With the wide spread of collaborative innovation plan in higher education, an education mode based on collaborative in- novation is being deeply studied and widely attention - attracted. The cultivation of innovative talents is an important guarantee to accel- erate the implementation of collaborative innovation plan. Universities should actively explore innovation synergy mechanism of talents cultivation based on cooperation, organizational system and administrative system. Furthermore, it is recommended to restructure the training system by training students＇ abilities of studying, innovation and implementation. As following, the new training method should be based on an integrated platform of different subjects, an interactive platform of academie research ＆ in - class teaching and a highly socialized platform for exploring ＆ practicing.
