国际汉语教师专业发展中的问题与对策探究

Research on Problems and Countermeasures in the Professional Development of International Chinese Teachers

随着国际汉语教学蓬勃发展,国际汉语教师需求量日益增加,教师供给却较为有限,优秀国际汉语教师数量更是少之又少。面对现状,国家汉办和各大高校关注更多的是如何加快培养合格的国际汉语教师,事实上,积极帮助和促进已有国际汉语教师专业发展同样是当务之急。文章提出"教研结合是促进国际汉语教师专业发展重要途径"的主要观点,并给出教学与科研"互促"的具体措施。

With the vigorous development of international Chinese teaching, the need of international Chinese teachers is growing, but the supply of teachers is limited. The number of outstanding international Chinese teachers are fewer. To deal with it correctly, Hanban and each university focused more on how to speed up the training of qualified international Chinese teachers. In fact, it is a pressing matter of the moment to help the existing international Chinese teachers to develop themselves actively. This paper puts forward the main idea, which is ＂teaching and research combined to promote international Chinese teachers＇ professional development＂, and gives the specific measures of ＂mutual promotion of teaching and research＂.
