试析高校思想政治工作创新发展的四个着力点

Analysis on the Four Focal Points of Promoting the Innovation and Development of Ideological and Political Work in Colleges and Universities

按照思想政治工作要紧贴时代发展、紧贴师生实际、强化问题意识的要求,高校思想政治工作创新发展要把握四个着力点:思想导向不能与社会主义市场经济"拧着劲",要让思想顺应经济社会发展变化趋势;内容含量不能与时代发展"不合拍",要充分吸收党的理论创新成果和一切社会进步的精神财富;目标要求不能与师生实际"不对号",要克服理想化、简单化,把先进性与层次性、统一性与多样性有机结合起来;成效标准不能与师生利益"相脱节",要力戒"假大空"、突出"真"性,重在解决师生关注的重大现实问题。

According to the requirement that the ideological and political work should be close to the epoch development, the people＇ s reality and the emphasis on the awareness of problems, our ideological and political work in colleges and universities should grasp four focal points as follows. Firstly, the ideological orientation should be in accordance with socialist market economy because it results from the economic and social development trend. Secondly, the contents should adapt to the epoch development and thus we should fully absorb the theoretical results innovated by our communist party of china and spiritual wealth created by human beings. Thirdly, the target should be based on the reality of teachers and students, and we should take effective measures to handle the problems of idealizing and simplifying in the ideological and political work and therefore to combine progressiveness with hierarchy, and unity with diversity. Finally, the standard of our ideological and political work should cater to the interests of teachers and students and thus we should try our best to deal with the issues of ＂false, big and empty＂ and finally manage the important issues which teachers and students pay close attention to.
