论PBL模式在高职教学实践中的应用

On PBL Application in Teaching Practice of Higher Vocational Education

PBL教学的特点是以"问题"为学习起点,将各科的知识点贯穿于一个真实的案例,培养学生发散思维、横向思维以及处理现实事务能力。PBL教学在发展过程中汲取了CBE、项目教学、合作学习等现代教育理论与技术,但在我国高职教育应用中,存在教师角色、教学实施、教育环境、教学评价等问题,因此,应在教学模式多元结构的基础上,提高教师在PBL教学中的导学能力,优化PBL课程结构和评价反馈体系,构建与其相匹配的文化支持体系和教育环境。

PBL instruction starts from a ＂problem＂, and put knowledge points of all subjects together into a real case to train students＇ divergent thinking, lateral thinking and the ability of dealing with affairs in practice. In the development, PBL derives nutrition from such modern educational theories as CBE, project teaching, cooperative learning. Application problems in higher vocational education in China consist of role of teachers, implementation of teaching, educational environment and teaching assessment. Therefore, based on the multiple structure of teaching mode, teachers＇ ability of learning guidance in PBL should be improved, curriculum structure and evaluative feedback system of PBL should be optimized, cultural supporting system and educational environment matched with PBL should be constructed.
