摘要
对有色金属工业固体废物综合利用,是有色金属工业和节能环保战略性新兴产业的重要组成部分。文章运用SWOT方法对湖南省有色金属工业固体废弃物综合利用的优势、劣势、发展机遇和风险进行了分析。分析表明,湖南省有色金属工业固体废弃物综合利用具有一定的技术和产业优势,但仍存在综合利用率低、技术攻关投入不足、政策支持力度不够、行业统计和标准化工作落后等方面的问题,建议从完善扶持政策、拓宽融资渠道、加强技术研发与成果转化、建立健全标准体系等方面进行改进。
Comprehensive utilization of solid waste in nonferrous metals industry is an important part of non.ferrous metals industry and energy saving and environmental protection strategic emerging industries.With the SWOT method to analyse the Hunan province nonferrous metal industrial solid wastes advantage the comprehensive utilization, the disadvantages, the development opportunities and risks.the analysis shows that,Hunan province nonferrous metal industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization has a certain technological and industrial advantages, hut there are still comprehensive utilization rate is low, technology research and development investment issues ,policy support dynamics is insufficient, industry statistics and standardization work backward, it is recommended from the perfect supporting policies,broaden the financing channels, strengthen research and achievement transformation,establish and improve the standard system is improved.
