摘要
全埋地垃圾压缩机的升降机构,通常采用四根支杆的剪叉式机构,该剪叉式机构通常用油缸驱动。文章对垃圾压缩机的剪叉升降机构的几种油缸布置方式进行了对比分析,详细推导了剪叉升降机构驱动力的计算公式,举例分析了剪叉臂的应力分布,提出了等应力设计支杆截面的方法。为垃圾压缩机的剪叉升降机构的优化设计提供了一定的理论依据和实用价值。
The lifting mechanism of the whole underground garbage compressor is usually used in the cutting fork type mechanism of the four branches, which is usually used to drive the oil cylinder. In this paper, a comparison and analysis are made on the arrangement of several oil tanks in the cutting mechanism of the garbage compressor, and the calculation formula of the driving force of the cutting fork lift mechanism is deduced. It provides some theoretical basis and practical value for the optimal design of the cutting mechanism of the garbage compressor.
