文章首先介绍了云计算的概念及特征,然后,深入剖析了云计算给企业物流管理带来的机遇和挑战,最后,从建立专业化和技能化的人才队伍、物流管理系统的创新变革、组织结构的"云转型"、成立第三方风险监测机构等方面提出了相应的对策建议。
Firstly, the paper introducing the definition and characters of clouding computing.Then depth analyzes the opportunities and challenges which logistics management facing in the cloud computing era.Finally, put forward several countermeasures and suggestions from the following aspects：establishment of professional and skilled talent team,innovation of logistics management system,cloud transformation of organization structure, establish the third party risk monitoring agency.
