浅析中小企业知识产权法律保护

A brief analysis of legal protection for Intellectual Property in minor enterprises

中小企业在为解决就业,推动社会经济发展中起到重要作用,但在中小企业中,企业知识产权通常都是凝聚了企业老板或企业技术人员毕生的心血和智慧,由于中小企业抗风险性较差,一旦中小企业知识产权受到侵害,那么企业将面临巨大的市场危机。因此,文章通过对中小企业知识产权现状进行分析,提出如何提高中小企业知识产权法律保护的具体对策,望为保护中小企业知识产权提供一些借鉴。

Minor enterprises played an important role in solving the problem of employment and Promoting social and economic development.But in most minor enterprises, intellectual property was usually built with painstaking effort and wisdom of the owners and technicians in their whole lives.Because the minor enterprises have less risk resistance capabilities, once the intellectual property was infringed, the enterprises will face the huge market crisis.consequently,in this paper we will analyse the present situation and advance the protective measures about how to promote legal protecting of intellectual property in minor enterprises.
