广东省农村公共体育服务绩效评估体系研究——基于农民满意度视角

StudyOn Evaluation System Of Rural Public Sports Service Performance In Guangdong Province——Based On The Perspective Of Farmers' Satisfaction

绩效评估作为公共体育服务体系的重要组成部分,它在改善公共体育服务供给机制、优化公共体育资源配置、提升公共体育服务质量方面有着不可替代的作用。通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,以农民满意度为切入点,对广东省农村公共体育服务的绩效评估进行了研究。结果显示:广东省农村公共体育服务绩效评估体系由5个一级指标,18个二级指标组成。

Performance evaluation is an important part of public sports service system, it plays an irreplaceable role in the optimization of public sports resources allocation and the public sports service quality. Through the methods of literature data, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, this paper studied the performance assessment of rural public sports service in Guangdong Province based on the farmers＇ satisfaction. The results showed that the performance assessment system consists of 5 oneclass index and 18 two-class index.
