摘要
采用实地调查与统计分析等方法对赣州市章贡区近几年教师流动情况进行调查,从其流动现状来看,中小学教师流动的合理成分与不合理成分并存。加强规范教师合理流动的研究对于提高章贡区中小学教师建设是必要的,应尽力解决对一般意义上的教师流动的认识问题,进而解决学校教学中的教师流动的实践问题。为加快教师流动的制度化建设,从经济、环境、教师个体等因素分析其成因,提出一些相关建议,使城乡流动回归合理有序的轨道。
Using ways of field investigation and statistical analysis this paper investigates the flow of teachers in Zhanggong district of Ganzhou city in recent years, from the current situation of flow of primary school teachers, the reasonable compositions and unreasonable compositions of flow of primary and secondary school teachers are coexistent. Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the research of standardizing rational flow of primary and secondary school teachers for improving teachers construction in Zhanggong district. Also trying to solve the problem of understanding of the flow of teachers in general sense, and then solving the practical problems of flow of school teachers in teaching. To speed up the system construction of flow of teachers, this paper analyzes its causes from economy, environment, individual factors of teachers, and puts forward some relevant suggestions to make urban and rural flow regress to reasonable and orderly orbit.
