摘要
采用实验法,选取广州市增城区派潭中学30名身体健康的高中成年学生,将其分成3组进行9周的三维椭圆运动、悬吊及常规活动训练,评价和对比以上3种不同训练方法对人体动静态平衡能力的影响。结果:实验组与悬吊训练组在多个指标上具有显著性差异,其中部分指标具有高度显著性差异。结论:有着特殊运动方式的三维椭圆运动训练对改善人体平衡能力具有与悬吊训练相当甚至更好的积极效果。
Using experimental method, 30 healthy adult high school students of Paitan middle school in Zengcheng District of Guangzhou were selected and divided into three groups to take part in threedimensional elliptical motion, suspension and conventional activities training for 9 weeks. Then this article made evaluation and comparative research on the influence of the three different training methods on the dynamic and static balance ability of the human body. Results: the experimental group and suspension training group have significant difference in the multiple indicators, some indicators are highly significant difference. Conclusion: the movement has a special way of three-dimensional elliptical exercise training to improve the human body balance ability and suspension training quite positive effect even better.
