试论洛阳北魏永宁寺泥塑人物造型特征

Explanations of Modeling Features of the Clay Figures in Yongning Temple of Luoyang in Northern Wei Dynasty

本文以洛阳北魏永宁寺塔基出土泥塑头像和着衣躯体为讨论对象,先后简要分析了两者的造型特征,并结合时代背景阐述了这些泥塑流行的原因。文章最后认为,这些高水准的泥塑造像,是在佛教造像影响下的结果。

This paper mainly discusses the clay heads and bodies with clothes that excavated from Yongning Temple of Luoyang in Northern Wei dynasty,includes the brief researches about the modeling features of them, and according to historical background, explains the issues about why these clay sculptures were prevalent. In the conclusion section, the author of this article manifest that these refined clay statues were influenced by Buddhist statues.
