香味纳米胶囊对丝绸织物的整理工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 为使丝绸织物维持更持久的香味,采用香味纳米胶囊对丝绸织物进行浸轧整理,将含油率作为丝绸织物上香味纳米胶囊含量的评价指标,探讨交联剂质量浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间及交联剂添加次数等工艺参数对其的影响。结果表明:当交联剂质量浓度40g/L,焙烘温度90℃,焙烘时间50s时,整理后丝绸织物含油率高,且耐水洗性佳。在同等工艺下,将交联剂分3次添加,所得丝绸织物经10次水洗后,香精残留率仍达88%,且织物的色光特征无明显变化。 In order to achieve a durable aroma,fragrance nanocapsules were used to finish on silk fabrics.And the content of cross-linking agent,curing temperature and time on the properties of the finished silk fabrics were investigated with the oil percentage as the evaluation index of the fragrance-nanocapsules content on silk fabrics.The results show that both oil content of finished silk fabrics and washing fastness are considerable when crosslinking agent is 40g/L and curing temperature is 90℃ for 50 s.As the same process,the percentage of residual oil on silk fabrics is up to 88%after washing 10 times when the crosslinking agent was divided into three times,and the colorimetric parameters of finished silk fabrics would not change greatly.
