泌尿外科实施医护联合查房的效果评价

Effect evaluation of implementation of joint care rounds in urology departments

目的探讨医护联合查房新型服务模式在泌尿外科的实施效果。方法选择2014年1—12月在泌尿外科住院的650例手术患者作为实验组,在患者入院当天、手术前第1天、手术当天、术后第1天、出院当天实施医护联合查房模式,选择同期在泌尿外科住院的500例手术患者作为对照组,实施传统的医护分开查房模式,对两组病人进行出院满意度及护士工作满意度问卷调查,对照两种工作模式的患者满意度、护士对专业提升效果及满意度、护理成效。结果实验组护理工作质量高,调查护士工作满意度95.45%,出院患者满意度98.46%,差异有统计学意义P<0.05。结论实施医护联合查房,能提高整体护理水平,建立和谐的医护关系,更重要的是为患者提供了优质、安全、高效的医疗护理服务,大大提高了病人满意度,赢得了社会效益。

Objective To discuss over the implementation effect on joint care rounds with new service pattern within the department of urology. Methods Selected 650 surgical patients who were hospitalized in department of urology between January 2014 and December 2014 as experimental group,which implemented with joint round care from the day as patients being hospitalized,the day before surgery,the day of surgery,the day after surgery and the day being discharged,compared with other 500 surgical patients that were hospitalized in the department of urology among the same period of time but implemented as traditional ward round pattern by doctor and nurse separately. Surveyed the two groups of patients by discharged satisfaction and nurses＇ job satisfaction,and followed by the comparison of patients ＇ satisfaction to the two ward round models,the nurse promote professional ability and satisfaction and nursing effect. Results Experimental group came out with higher nursing quality,the nursing satisfaction was 95. 45% and discharged patients satisfaction was 98. 46%（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusions Implementing joint care rounds can improve the overall level of nursing,establish harmonious relationship between health care. Most importantly,patients are offered such quality,safe and efficient health care services that can enhance their satisfaction and social benefits being earned as well.
