目前我国产前超声尚未得到全面普及,沿海经济发达地区和偏远地区的产前诊断水平相去甚远。为提高产前超声诊断水平,提高畸形检出率,更好地为妇产科临床提供诊断依据和加强产前超声的质量控制,有必要将产前超声检查及诊断规范化。目前产前超声检查包括早中晚孕期,各个阶段的检查内容和适应证不尽相同,所以各个阶段的规范也不同。文章就早中晚孕期各个阶段的超声规范化检查的具体时机、适应证和检查内容及相应的注意事项一一解读。

The prenatal ultrasound has not been pop- ularized so far, and the diagnosis bevel between rural and urban areas is not the same. To improve the pre- natal ultrasound diagnosislevel, increase the anomaly detection rate and provide more credible evidence for obstetrics and gynecology,and to strengthen the quality control of prenatal ultrasound images, it is necessary to standardize the prenatal ultrasound examination and diagnosis.
