Effects of Glucose Oxidase on Growth Performance,Serum Parameters and Slaughter Performance of Meat Ducks and Its Antidotal Effect on Aflatoxin B_1

摘要 本试验旨在研究饲粮中添加葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)对肉鸭生长性能、血清指标和屠宰性能的影响及其解除黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)的效果。选用1 000只健康的1日龄樱桃谷鸭,随机分为5个组,每组4个重复,每个重复50只鸭。Ⅰ组为对照组,饲喂基础饲粮;Ⅱ、Ⅲ组分别在基础饲粮中添加100和200 g/t GOD;Ⅳ组为混有AFB1超标玉米的攻毒组;Ⅴ组在Ⅳ组饲粮中添加200 g/t GOD。试验期46 d。结果表明:1)与对照组相比,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组显著提高了平均日增重(P<0.05),降低了料重比(P<0.05);与Ⅳ组相比,Ⅴ组平均日增重显著提高(P<0.05)。Ⅳ组死亡率显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。2)Ⅳ组血清葡萄糖含量显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组血清促甲状腺激素含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Ⅲ、Ⅴ组血清生长激素含量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。3)Ⅳ组胸肌率和全净膛率显著低于其他各组(P<0.05);Ⅳ组腿肌率与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),显著低于其他各组(P<0.05)。由此可见,常规饲粮中添加GOD能显著改善肉鸭生长性能,添加GOD可改善AFB1攻毒肉鸭的生长性能、屠宰性能和血清指标,降低死亡率。 This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of diets supplemented with glucose oxidase(GOD) on growth performance,serum parameters and slaughter performance of meat ducks and its antidotal effect on aflatoxin B1.A total of 100 Cherry Valley ducks(1-day-old) were randomly assigned to five groups with four replicates of fifty ducks in each replicate.The control group(group Ⅰ) was fed on a basic diet.The two test groups(groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ) were fed on basic diet supplelemted with 100 and 200 g/t GOD.Aflatoxin B1 control group(group Ⅳ) was fed on basic diet with moldy corn.The group Ⅴ was fed on the contaminated diet with 200 g/t GOD.The experiment lasted for 46 days.The results showed as follows: 1) the average daily gain and ratio of feed to gain of ducks in groups Ⅱ and Ⅲ were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0.05).Compared with the group Ⅳ,the average daily gain in group Ⅴ was significantly improved(P〈0.05).The mortality in group Ⅳ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P〈0.05).2) The serum glucose content in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in groups Ⅱ,Ⅲ and Ⅴ(P〈0.05),the serum thyroid-stimulating hormone content in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in control group(P〈0.05),the serum growth hormone content in groups Ⅲ and Ⅴ was significantly higher than that in other groups(P〈0.05).3) The percentage of eviscerated yield and percentage of breast muscle of ducks in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than that in other groups(P〈0.05).The percentage of leg muscle of ducks in group Ⅳ was significantly lower than other groups(P〈0.05),but no significant difference with control group(P〉0.05).The experiment indicated that the growth performance of ducks fed on basic diet can be significantly improved by supplementing GOD.The growth performance,serum parameters,slaughter performance and mortality rate of ducks fed diet with aflatoxin B1 can be improved by supplementing GOD.
