信息不对称是造成农村食品安全问题的根本原因。本文基于信息不对称理论,分析了农村食品安全信息不对称现象、原因及危害,并提出了解决农村食品安全信息不对称的对策。

Information asymmetry is the fundamental factor of food safety problems in rural areas. The paper,based on the asymmetric information theory, analyzes the phenomenon, the cause and the harm of information asymmetries in food safety in rural areas, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
