摘要
分析了某装置加热炉热损失增加的原因,重点讨论了喷涂纤维的技术特点、工艺原理和喷涂方案。标定结果表明,装置采用喷涂纤维技术后,每a节约燃料158 t,避免加热炉衬里高温下产生定向收缩,避免产生裂纹,增强抗气流冲刷的能力,延长衬里的使用寿命,同时缩短检修时间,便于检修施工。
The cause for the increase of thermal loss of a unit was analyzed,and the technical characteristics,processprinciple and spraying scheme of fiber spraying were analyzed. The performance test result showed:after adoption of fiberspraying technique in the unit,158 t fuel has been save each year,orientation shrink of heating furnace lining under hightemperature has been avoided,crack generation has been avoided,ability in resistance to airflow washing has beenenhanced,the service life of the lining has been extended,maintenance time has been shortened,and maintenance workhas become easier.
