摘要
某石化公司乙烯装置采用的空冷设备存在能力不足的问题,只能使用喷淋水来加强换热,导致操作上随意性比较大,没有做到精细化管理。通过加装喷雾回收装置改造旧空冷设备,实现了装置的扩能和节能的目的。
Problem of insufficient capacity existed in the air cooled equipment of the Ethylene Plant of a petrochemicalcompany,heat exchange only could be enhanced by using spray water,so the operation had a high randomness and finemanagement was not achieved. By adding mist spry recovery device to modify the old air cooling equipment,the capacityexpansion and energy-saving goal of the plant has been realized.
