摘要
本文分析了SQDZ-1220型振动分级筛的琴弦式筛网的相对振动。讨论了筛网丝的稳态振动响应,计算了各阶主振型、频率及振幅的大小,指出当频率比ω/p_n=λ_n在0.75~1.25之间时,筛网丝的相对振动幅值V>9mm,并根据λ_n=0.75~1.25对筛网的设计参数进行了优化设计。
This paper analyzes the relative vibration of string style sieve-net of vibration screen type SQDZ-1220. the steady state vibration response of string has been discussed, the dominant vibration mode of different orders, frequency and amplitude have been calculated. It shows that the relative amplitude V of the sieve string is larger than 9mm, when the frequency ratio λn = ωn/ρnlies in a range of 0.75-1.25. The design parameters of sieve net was optimized under the condition of λn = 0.75-1.25.
