Financial support plays a crucial role in the successful transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The different stages of the transformation shows different risk and revenue characteristics and calls for different kinds of financing services.Thus,it requires the optimization and combination of several financial instruments to realize collaboration.Through the analysis of the source of fund and financing plight in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,the paper proposes that it should establish guidance fund to develop venture investment market,innovate financial products and services,improve capital market,expand financing channels,set up diversified and multilevel financing mode and enhance the synergetic development of financing service system.
