健脾和胃调畅气机方治疗消化性溃疡的实验研究

An experimental study on treating peptic ulcer by the Jianpi Hewei Tiaochang Qiji prescription

目的:观察健脾和胃、调畅气机方治疗消化性溃疡的疗效。方法:将昆明小鼠120只随机分成5组,每组24只,分别为正常组、模型组、对照组、健脾和胃调畅气机方高剂量组(简称健高组)和健脾和胃调畅气机方低剂量组(简称健低组)。正常组和模型组灌以等容积的生理盐水阳性,对照组灌服等容积的西咪替丁混悬液;健高、低组分别灌服健脾和胃、调畅气机方水煎液。各组均按0.25m L·10g-1·d-1灌胃,1次/d,连续给药5d。结果:健脾和胃,调畅气机方高剂量组的小鼠胃表面充血不明显,胃内黏膜稍红,但几乎无溃疡,治疗效果最佳。且溃疡指数低于其他各组。结论:说明健脾和胃、调畅气机方能有效抑制小鼠胃溃疡。

Objective： To observe efficacy of the Jianpi Hewei Tiaochang Qiji prescription on peptic ulcer. Methods： 120 mices were randomly divided into five groups of 24, including the normal group, the model group, the control group, the high dose group and the low dose group. The normal group and model group were fed with normal saline; the control group was administered cimetidine suspensions; the high dose group and low dose group were fed the decoction. Each group was gavaged by 0.25mL·10g-1？ d-1, 1 time per day, for 5 days. Results： Gastric surface congestion in the high dose group mice is not obvious and gastric mucosa slightly red, almost disappearing ulcer. The efficacy in the high dose group was best. And the ulcer index in the high dose group was lower than that in other groups. Conclusion： The Jianpi Hewei Tiaochang Qiji prescription can effectively inhibit gastric ulcer.
