注射用血塞通对糖尿病性心肌病患者心率变异性的影响研究

A clinical study on effects of the Xuesaitong injection on heart rate variability in diabetic cardiomyopathy patients

目的:探讨注射用血塞通对糖尿病性心肌病患者心率变异性的影响。方法:选取我院80例糖尿病性心肌病患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组给予二甲双胍和单硝酸异山梨酯;观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予注射用血塞通。结果:观察组治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组对比结果差异显著(x2=12.631,P<0.05)。且观察组心率变化高于对照组,两组对比结果差异显著(t=9.457,P<0.05)。结论:血塞通注射液能有效改善患者的心肌功能,值得在临床上推广。

Objective： To investigate the effects of Xuesaitong injection on heart rate variability of diabetic cardiomyopathy. Methods： 80 diabetic cardiomyopathy patients were randomly assigned to two groups, observation group given the Xuesaitong injection. Results： The observation group was better than the control group, with significant differences between two groups （x2=12.631,P〈0.05）. The heart rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group （t=9.457,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Xuesaitong injection can improve cardiac function, is worthy of clinical popularization.
