超声按摩内关穴对冠心病患者左心功能的影响

Effects of ultrasonic massaging Neiguan acupoint on left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨运用超声按摩内关治疗冠心病的临床效果。方法:将进行超声诊断的人群分为正常人组和冠心病组,其中冠心病组采用超声按摩内关治疗。结果:冠心病组的左室舒张功能指标E、A、C、AT、A/E、E峰与A峰的面积以及收缩功能指标EF、FS均较针刺前有明显的改善。结论:针刺内关穴可能通过改善左室的舒张功能进而改善收缩功能,达到治疗冠心病的目的。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effects of ultrasound massage at Neiguan acupoint on coronary heart disease. Methods： By the ultrasonic diagnosis, people and patients were divided into the normal group and the CHD group, the CHD group taking ultrasonic massaging therapy. Results： The left ventricular diastolic function indexes E, A, C, AT, A/E, E and A peak area and peak systolic function indexes of EF, FS were lower than thase before acupuncture with obvious improvement. Conclusion： Acupuncture at Neiguan acupoint could help improvement of left ventricular diastolic function and improve the systolic function.
