腰椎棘间韧带损伤的针刀疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating lumbar inter ratchet ligament injury by knife acupuncture

目的:观察针刀治疗下腰部棘间韧带损伤的临床疗效。方法:48例病人全部采用针刀松解治疗,一周治疗一次,3次为一个疗程。一个疗程的治疗结束一周后,与《上海针灸杂志》2009年3月报道的沈素绒的文章《齐刺配合隔药灸治疗腰椎棘间韧带劳损45例》[1]进行疗效对照。结果:针刀的治愈率为79.17%,有效率为97.9%,治愈率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀治疗腰椎棘间韧带损伤疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of knife acupuncture on lumbar inter ratchet ligament injury. Methods： 48 patients all received knife acupuncture, once a week, 3 times for one course. For a week after the treatment, clinical effects were compared with Treating lumbar inter ratchet ligament injury by three acupuncture plus drugs and moxibustion. Results： The cure rate was 79.17%, and the total efficiency was 97.9%, both much better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Knife acupuncture was effective on lumbar inter ratchet ligament injury, and worthy of promotion.
