复方丹参治疗小儿过敏性紫癜疗效及对血流、凝血指标影响观察

Effects of compound Danshen on children with allergic purpura and blood flow and blood coagulation index

目的:探讨复方丹参治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的疗效及对血流、凝血指标的影响。方法:选取96例过敏性紫癜患儿为研究对象,采用简单抽样法将其随机分成联合组(A组,n=50)和常规组(B组,n=46)。对比两组患者的临床疗效、复发率及不良反应发生率,记录其治疗前后各血流及凝血指标变化情况。结果:1治疗后,A组总有效率为98.0%,高于B组的80.4%(P<0.05);2治疗后,两组患者的HCT、ESR及FIB等指标均较治疗前降低,其中A组降幅较B组明显(P<0.05);此外,两组患者的PT、TT及APTT等凝血指标均较治疗前增加,B组增幅不及A组显著(P<0.05);3A组复发率为4.0%,低于B组的19.6%(P<0.05);两组用药后均无严重不良反应发生,其中A组轻微不良反应发生率为10.0%,与B组的10.9%对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:对过敏性紫癜患儿给予常规药物联合复方丹参片治疗,疗效显著,可有效促进血液微循环,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the effects of compound Danshen on children with allergic purpura and blood flow and blood coagulation index. Methods： 96 children with allergic purpura were randomly divided into two groups： combined group （group A,n=50） and conventional group （group B,n=46）. Results：①In group A the total efficiency was 98.0%, higher than that in the group B （P〈0.05）;②after the treatment, in the two groups HCT, ESR and FIB index were lower than those before treatment; group A was lower than group B （P〈0.05）. In addition, Pt, TT and APTT coagulation indexes were lower than those before treatment; group B has not increased as much as group A significantly （P〈0.05）;③the recurrence rate in group A was 4.0%, lower than that in group B （P〈0.05）; mild adverse reaction rate in group A was 10.0%; and it was 10.9% in group B （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： Allergic purpura in children with conventional drugs and compound Danshen tablets is effective, which can effectively promote blood circulation.
