缺血性心力衰竭采用芪参益气滴丸治疗的有效性和安全性分析

Efficacy and safety of the Qishen Yiqi dripping pills on ischemic heart failure

目的:对采用芪参益气滴丸治疗缺血性心力衰竭的有效性和安全性进行分析。方法:选取2010年1月-2013年1月在我院确诊为缺血性心力衰竭的患者120例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组60例和观察组60例,对照组患者给予洋地黄、利尿剂、硝酸酯类药物等常规方法进行治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸进行治疗,比较两组的治疗有效性和安全性。结果:观察组治疗后的总有效率(90.00%)明显好于对照组治疗后的总有效率(65.00%);观察组治疗后的不良反应发生率(14.99%)明显低于对照组治疗后的不良反应发生率(40.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上加用芪参益气滴丸治疗缺血性心力衰竭患者有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高,可以促进患者早日康复,值得在临床中推广应用。

Objective： To analyze efficacy and safety of the Qishen Yiqi dropping pills on ischemic heart failure. Methods： 120 patients as research subjects were randomly divided into the control group of 60 cases and the observation group of 60 patients; the control group was given conventional method digitalis, diuretics, nitrates and other treatment; the observation group were treated with the Qishen Yiqi dripping pills more. Results： The total efficiency after treatment （90.00%） was significantly better than the control group （65.00%）; in the observation group the incidence of adverse reactions （14.99%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （40.00%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The ischemic heart failure with the Qishen Yiqi dripping pills have good clinical efficacy and safety, can promote early recovery, should be promoted in clinical applications.
