感冒后咳嗽风寒夹湿型患者采用加味参苏饮治疗的临床效果观察

Clinical observation on treating coughs following cold with Jiawei Shensu Yin

目的:观察感冒后咳嗽风寒夹湿型患者采用加味参苏饮治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2013年3月-2014年2月在我院进行治疗的70例患者,按治疗方法将其平均分为两组,对照组患者给予咳必清和盐酸安溴索,实验组患者给予加味参苏饮治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:实验组的总有效率(97.14%)明显高于对照组的总有效率(71.43%);实验组的不良反应发生率(5.72%)明显低于对照组的不良反应发生率(31.44%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加味参苏饮对感冒后咳嗽风寒夹湿型患者具有显著的临床效果,且不良反应发生率明显降低。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of Jiawei Shensu Yin on coughs following cold. Methods： From March 2013 to February 2014, 70 cases in our hospital were divided into two groups. The control group was given carbetapentane plus an ambroxol hydrochloride treatment; the experiment group was given Jiawei Shensu Yin. Clinical efficacy in two groups was observed. Results： The total efficiency in experiment group was 97.14%, better than that in the control group （71.43%）; the incidence of adverse reactions in the experiment group was 5.72%, lower than 31.44% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating coughs following cold with Jiawei Shensu Yin shows an obviously clinical efficacy, and less adverse reactions.
