中医清肺化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果探析

Treating COPD by the TCM therapy of Qingfei Huatan

目的:观察应用中医清肺化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的实际效果。方法:选取我院收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者48例,按信封法随机分组,24例对照组患者应用西医常规方案治疗,24例实验组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加用中医清肺化痰法治疗,观察疗效。结果:实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用中医清肺化痰法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病效果显著。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the TCM therapy of Qingfei Huatan on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods： 48 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into the control group of 24 cases, and the experimental group of 24 cases which treated by the TCM therapy. Results： In the experimental group, clinical efficacy was better than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Efficacy of the TCM therapy of Qingfei Huatan on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.
