半夏泻心汤在胃食管反流病治疗中的效果

Efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease

目的:探讨半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病(GERD)的效果。方法:选取我院2011年8月-2013年8月期间收治的86例胃食管反流病患者,将其随机分成对照组与研究组,每组各43例。研究组采用半夏泻心汤治疗,对照组采用奥美拉唑与西沙比利片治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:研究组与治疗前相比,t=8.63,P=0.001,与对照组治疗后相比,t=4.62,P=0.02,两组治疗前后症状积分差异显著。研究组治疗总有效率为93.0%(40/43),对照组治疗总有效率为74.4%(32/43),两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤治疗胃食管反流病效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To discuss the efficacy of the Banxia Xiexin decoction on gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods： From August 2011 to August 2013, 86 cases of gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, 43 cases for each group. The study group was given the Banxia Xiexin decoction; the control group was given the omeprazole and cisapride; the efficiency in two groups were compared. Results： Before and after treatment, there were obviously differences of symptom score in two groups; in the study group,t=8.63,P=0.001; and in the control group,t=4.62,P=0.02. The total efficiency in the study group was 93.0% （40/43）; in the control group, it was 74.4% （32/43）; the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Banxia Xiexin decoction treating gastroesophageal reflux disease shows significantly effects, was worthy of promotion.
