刺络放血法治疗斑块状银屑病的临床分析

A clinical analysis of treating plaque psoriasis by the acupuncture meridians bloodletting therapy

目的:观察刺络放血法治疗斑块状银屑病的临床效果。方法:从本院于2014年1月-2015年1月期间所收治的斑块状银屑病患者当中选取162例作为研究对象,按照数字表法将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各81例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用刺络放血法治疗,对比分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况。结果:治疗组的临床治疗总有效率(92.6%)显著高于对照组(84.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:刺络放血法治疗斑块状银屑病,能够有效提高临床治疗效果,且不良反应少,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of the acupuncture meridians bloodletting therapy on plaque psoriasis. Methods： 162 patients from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group by the digital table method, 81 cases for each. The control group received conventional western medicine. The treatment group received the acupuncture meridians bloodletting therapy more. Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups were analyzed. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group （92.6%） was much better than that in the control group （84.0%）. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture meridians bloodletting therapy was effective on plaque psoriasis, with fewer adverse reactions, and was worthy of promotion.
