489例社区高血压患者中医体质辨识调查分析

An analysis of 489 cases of hypertension patients' physiques

目的:调查了解社区高血压患者的中医体质分布情况,为社区高血压健康管理提供基本数据。方法:采用标准化中医体质量表对本社区500例高血压患者进行调查和体质辨识,统计其中医体质的分布情况。结果:共有500份中医体质量表,除11份无效之外,共有489份有效问卷,调查有效率为97.8%。在489例高血压患者中,平和质者有90例(18.4%),偏颇质者有399例(81.6%)。在9种体质中,以气虚质(包括"是"及"倾向是")、阳虚质最多,其次为平和质、血瘀质、阴虚质、湿热质、痰湿质、气郁质、特禀质。各种体质比例比较,存在显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论:高血压患者中医体质分布广,具有普遍性,其中气虚质、阳虚质比例最高,其次为平和质、血瘀质和阴虚质。充分了解、辨识中医体质在社区健康管理中具有重要的作用,应高度重视。

Objective： Hypertension patients＇ physiques were investigated, in order to provide basic data for community health management of hypertension patients. Methods： 500 patients with hypertension were investigated and received physique identification; the distribution of TCM physique was counted. Results： 500 parts of TCM constitution scale in total were collected. In addition to the 11 invalid, there were 489 valid questionnaires; the efficacy was 97.8%. In 489 patients with hypertension, gentleness patients accounted for 90 cases （18.4%）; biased constitution patients accounted for 399 cases （81.6%）. There were 9 kinds of physique in total. The differences between various physiques were significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Physique distribution of hypertension patients was wide. In community health management, understanding and identifing the patients＇ physique had an important role, should be highly valued.
