扶正涤痰解痉汤治疗支气管哮喘45例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 45 cases of bronchial asthma with the Fuzheng Ditan Jiejing decoction

目的:观察自拟扶正涤痰解痉汤治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将门诊收治的75例支气管哮喘患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例用自拟方扶正涤痰解痉汤治疗,对照组30例用常规西药治疗,均以治疗15d为1个疗程,疗程结束后总结疗效。结果:治疗组临床控制23例,有效19例,无效3例,总有效率为93.33%;对照组临床控制10例,有效12例,无效8例,总有效率为73.33%;两组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:扶正涤痰解痉汤治疗支气管哮喘疗效满意。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of the Fuzheng Ditan Jiejing decoction on bronchial asthma. Methods： 75 cases of bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups; the treatment group （45 cases） received the Fuzheng Ditan Jiejing decoction; the control group （30 cases） received western medicine. Results： In the treatment of 23 cases, 19 cases were effective; 3 cases were ineffective; the total efficiency was 93.33%; in the control group, 10 cases of clinical controlling, 12 cases were effective; 8 cases were ineffective; the efficiency was 73.33%; the efficiency difference was significant （P〈0.05）; the treatment group was better. Conclusion： The Fuzheng Ditan Jiejing decoction is effective.
