中西医结合治疗绝经期综合征40例护理体会

Nursing experience for 40 cases of menopausal syndrome

目的:观察中西医结合治疗及护理绝经期综合征的疗效。方法:给予对照组尼尔雌醇片,每半个月服2mg,症状改善后改为每半个月服1mg。治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加丹栀逍遥丸。两组治疗3个月后比较疗效。结果:治疗组40例,缓解16例,显效18例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%;对照组40例,缓解7例,显效13例,有效11例,无效9例,总有效率为77.5%。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗及护理绝经期综合征疗效较好,值得临床应用。

Objective： To observe the curative effects of the integrative medicine on menopause syndrome. Methods： The control group was given neal female alcohol tablets. The treatment group was given Danzhi Xiaoyao Wan. Results： In the treatment group of 40 cases, relieved in 16 cases, 18 cases were markedly effective, effective in 5 cases; 1 case was invalid; the efficiency was 97.5%; in the control group of 40 cases, relieved in 7 cases, 13 cases were markedly effective; 11 cases were effective; 9 cases were invalid; the efficiency was 77.5% （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine and nursing were effective, and worthy of clinical application.
