摘要
目的:探讨颈椎病的中医护理。方法:对160例颈椎病病人采用针灸、按摩、牵引、药物和理疗等综合治疗,配合中医辨证临床护理和心理护理。结果:临床治愈76例,显效65例,有效12例,无效7例,总有效率为95.6%。结论:在中医综合治疗颈椎病的全过程中配合中医护理措施,并做好健康知识宣教,可以提高治愈率,减少复发率。
Objective： To study the TCM nursing of cervical spondylopathy. Methods： 160 cases of cervical spondylosis was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion, massage, traction, the comprehensive treatment such as drugs and physical therapy, syndrome differentiation of TCM clinical nursing and psychological care. Results： Cured 76 cases, 65 cases had marked effect, 12 cases effective, 8 invalid; the total efficiency was 95%. Conclusion： TCM nursing measures for cervical spondylosis can make healthy knowledge education, improve efficacy, reduce the recurrence.
